As you can tell by her name, Tracy Lewis is my sister.  I’m a huge fan of her art work and have many pieces displayed in my home.  In years past I hosted art shows for Tracy.  This year she will host the show at her home studio in Kanata.  She will have all of her recent works displayed, as well as many hand-painted Christmas ornaments available to purchase. I was invited to take part in the Adobe Systems Canada Inc. Annual Wellness Fair on Sept.30, 2009. There were many exhibitors there from a variety of businesses such as sports centres, health clinics and natural food products. Together with my colleague Ron DeCaen, we created an exciting presentation to discuss Energy Savings for the Home. We passed out free energy-saving light bulbs to the first 50 people who attended our booth and provided plenty of brochures and literature on energy, water consumption and air quality in the home. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet the employees of Adobe and from the surrounding offices on Preston St. Thanks to Adobe for hosting such a great event and I look forward to attending their Wellness Fair next year.
